3. Developer API Usage

4. Branded Domains & Custom Content

Users who connect Branded Domain Names are responsible for ensuring they own the rights to the domain. Sees.ovh is not liable for any trademark disputes arising from custom links or bio page content.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Sees.ovh is provided "as is." We are not liable for any data loss or business interruption caused by service downtime or link expiration.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate access to our tools for any user who violates these terms or engages in behavior that harms the reputation of Sees.ovh.
